BRAIN ENERGY
© by Reggie Bobo
The notion that humans only use 10% of their brains is not a myth; allow me to explain: Some scientists argue that we can’t enhance our brain’s efficiency without a larger brain and head. Humans utilize their entire brain but only activate between 1% and 19% of its full potential. For instance, walking at two miles per hour takes 30 minutes to cover 1 mile while using 100% of your energy. In contrast, walking at five miles per hour takes 12 minutes while also using 100% of your energy. Although walking at 5 mph is more strenuous, it requires more energy per unit time than walking at 2 mph, the total energy expenditure is comparable. This physics-related energy explanation can be applied to the brain. When the brain operates efficiently, it accesses more energy during intense activities like faster walking. However, the total energy expenditure remains similar to that of less efficient brain usage, such as walking at a slow pace.
On average, a resting adult’s brain uses 20 watts of power, which is equal to 20 joules per second. For an active adult brain, the overall power usage remains close to the average of 20 watts (20 joules per second), but it reallocates energy to the regions that need it most. An efficient active brain can operate similarly to an LED light bulb. A 1.5-watt LED bulb provides the same illumination as a 20-watt incandescent bulb. The primary energy unit in the brain is the molecule adenosine triphosphate (ATP), known as the “energy currency” of the cell. To function properly, the brain requires a continuous supply of oxygen; as the most active organ, it utilizes 20% of inhaled oxygen to fuel its activity.
Individuals who are continuously learning, problem-solving, and creating utilize their brains like professionals, students, and artists engage different functions of their minds in an efficiently active manner. Meditation, exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep are the most effective methods for enhancing and directing brain energy. Advanced meditation has an unseen Spirit and astral body that operates separately from the brain but still contributes to it with invisible Spirit energy. Meditation benefits active neuronal health and effective brain function (see details in Why Meditation). Every individual has a unique area of Spirit energy in their brain, 3% in their superior parietal lobule, which provides them with unique abilities.
Moses accessed 97 units of energy in the highest part of his brain and 30 units in the lowest part, granting him telekinesis and the ability to communicate telepathically with extraterrestrials. Currently, I access 93 energy units in my superior parietal lobule and 28 in the lowest part of my brain. This allows me to perceive energy in everything, connect with Spirit, communicate telepathically with extraterrestrials, see the unseen, and share insights about Moses.

Why Meditate
Meditation is the practice of achieving focus, awareness, increasing energy and clearing blockages to develop a deeper comprehension of thoughts, emotions, and surroundings. This approach heightens the experience of discipline, love, and calmness. For Spiritualists, meditation is the science of becoming of a higher consciousness of their Spirit and knowing truth. As we meditate, we receive gifts of Spirit mentioned in the Bible and in The Heavens chapter of my book, becoming of Christ, and then resurrecting into the living Spirit.
In advanced meditations, we see the seven stars/golden candlesticks. Not churches, as interpreted with religious connotations. Revelation 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. The seven churches are the 7 spiritual universes mentioned in my book chapter’ Spirit Answers’. My Spiritual gift revealed 106 levels to mastering the seven chakras, the primary aspect of the soul’s vehicle. After seeing the seven stars or Spiritual universes focusing on the 3rd eye, you will see them form a single star. Traveling into the star, you will be full of light. Matthew 6:22 “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light”.
Benefits of Meditation for Non-Spiritualists: Meditation reduces or eliminates free radicals, stress, anxiety, depression, fear, and pain, enhancing peace, awareness, perception, self-concept, and well-being. Meditation enhances neuronal conduction velocity, myelination, brain components—including gray matter in specific areas, the volume of the hippocampus, functional brain connectivity, and certain neurotransmitter levels, gene expression, telomere health, reduced amygdala size, improved connectivity, enhanced mitochondrial function, increased natural stem cell activity, balanced hormone levels, Spurs neurogenesis and modulation of epigenetic changes while promoting overall neuroplasticity.
Please refer to the online descriptions of the correct posture and how to meditate. I lay on my back to meditate because of injuries. My RederAndHealers.com has helpful tips especially in Remedies under meditation. I suggest you incorporate meditation into your routine. For the advanced meditator, Bobo Yoga Meditation and or Bobo Yoga Direct galvanizes the whole being.

Meditation Information
Up behind the back of your throat is the part of the medulla, which is an essential to your meditation. The medulla at the base of the skull is the “Mouth of God” and in the Bible misinterpreted as the hands. Spirits energy enters through this area on the medulla. Higher consciousness is what the third eye refers to, between the lower part of your eyebrows. The area between your eyebrows, around a quarter-inch above the top of your eyebrows, is your super-conscious where your Spirit lives. In the forehead, the Bible shows the mark of the beast and God’s servants. The medulla houses the window of the soul, the heart.
A breathing exercise works best if you can’t work out using extensive breathing. Meditating is best on an empty stomach, one hour or, for best results, four hours after eating, before and after sleeping. My favorite time is before, during dawn, waking up and after exercising. When I get into Spiritual consciousness, my thinking number changes to hundred six, the highest physical number of Spirit. When I’m in extreme super-consciousness, I think hundred trillion. My spirit soars into the billions and continues to climb. When loosing concentration pray for everyone past and present to keep gaining energy. Send energy to every body part using Bobo Yoga Direct to achieve even more energy. Practice muscle testing to exercise the Spirit and know where your energy is taking you and to receive that energy with optimal effectiveness. Please see How I Became a Reader and Healer for more on rating energy.
Be healthy in advanced meditation with a heart free of arterial plaque (see how in remedies). If you meditate correctly and in the direction where the energy is, you don’t have to meditate for long periods. You only receive so much energy per day. I used to meditate twice a day, but now I meditate only once a day, when I get up in the morning or later four hours after eating.
Meditating cleanses the soul and moves a negative soul to become positive. Meditating draws a healthy balance of negative and positive energy. When immature evil energy is around, use frankincense & myrrh or sage. Large quality selenite lights using high 600 LED bulbs diverts evil. In the astral realm, you feel and touch like here. It’s dangerous if not having the power of no fear, only love. That, with reincarnation, gives us an understanding of everything conquering fear. Those who have been meditated in the past bring their achievements from their past and advance quicker than others. In Prophets Journey, I get into new documentation levels of spiritual advancing.

I do this before meditation which HEALS and INCREASES SPIRITUAL ENERGY. Start with clean air and facing or directing your head ahead of the highest energy. This energy changes because of the earth’s rotation and magnetic field. This energy moves clockwise during the day from the North East. Starting at 5:45 AM to 7:45 AM, for people using daylight saving time. Moves counterclockwise during the night, moving from North West. Starting at 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM, for those observing daylight saving time. These times change depending where you are, each month and each year. Over the years, the distance of the movements changed, becoming longer before shortening again, meaning passing the East and west and reaching closer to the North. Use your mind, muscle test, or a good-quality pendulum to find the highest direction of the energy. This energy moves ahead of the Sun during the summer and follows the sun in the winter. I recommend placing yourself ahead of the energy to get the maximum absorption while meditating.
1st Exercise: while focusing eyes looking down in the subconscious. Use a 2nd concentration to move energy from the Medulla to the area down where your eyes are focusing. While keeping your eyes focused down, move that 2nd concentrated energy from that area to the top of the head. Move the second energy in clockwise circles, with a spacing of roughly 3/4″ per rotation. From the left side of the head down the face, including eye ear. Go down the body, including the left side body parts to the toes, then back up counter clockwise. When you get to the top of the head, keep going over to the right side. Repeat circulating clockwise down the right side of the body to the toes & back up counter clockwise, including all the right side body parts to the top of the head.
Concentrate the second energy circulating in clockwise circles and or oval 8, with a spacing of roughly 3/4″ per rotation. From the top middle of your head, including front, back, sinuses, mouth and throat going down the middle of your body. Charging all those body parts, and back up counter clockwise to the chest. Continue with the area of the chest circulating clockwise to the left shoulders, arms to the fingers. Back counter clockwise across the chest clockwise to the right fingers and back counter clockwise to the chest area. Then continue counter clockwise from the chest area, going back up to the middle of the top part of the body. Charging all those body parts to above the top of the head. Then, descend to the Medulla, and finally arrive at the spot where the eyes have focused throughout the entire exercise. Then concentrate energy through your entire body for as long as you can. Remember to stretch your muscles at any point during your exercise routine if needed.
2nd Exercise while focusing on the 3rd eye that’s in between the lowest part of the eyebrows. While keeping your eyes focused on the 3rd eye, move that 2nd concentrated energy from the Medulla straight to the 3rd eye. While keeping the eyes focused on the 3rd eye, move the 2nd concentrated energy frontward to the bottom of the brain around the back of the brain. Moving in a circle up the back of the brain up to the top of the brain. While still moving in a circle, go to the front of your brain and back to the medulla. Keep repeating from the medulla to the 3rd eye, moving in backward circles, with a spacing of roughly 3/4″ per rotation all around the head. Until you have gone around your entire head, 360 degrees, ending at the Medulla where you started. It doesn’t matter if you move to the left or right side of your brain when you start.
3rd Exercise, focus your eyes upward, toward the area between your eyebrows, around a quarter-inch above the top of your eyebrows, into your super-conscious where your spirit lives. While keeping your eyes focused up, move that 2nd concentrated energy from the Medulla straight to the super-conscious looking up. While keeping the eyes focused on the super-conscious, looking up. Move the 2nd concentrated from the super-conscious energy backward and to the bottom of the brain around the front of the brain. Moving in a circle up the front of the brain up to the top of the brain. While still moving in a circle, go to the back of your brain and back to the medulla. Keep repeating from the medulla to your Spirit, moving in frontward circles, with a spacing of roughly 3/4″ per rotation around the head. Until you have gone around your entire head, 360 degrees, ending at the Medulla where you started. It doesn’t matter if you move to the left or right side of your brain when you start. Going through blockage takes time and makes the whole body shake, jerk, and vocal outbursts. Warn your family about your vocalizations.

I begin my meditation by focusing inward on the subconscious, directing Spirit energy to the liver. Next, while maintaining this inward gaze, I channel Spirit energy to the heart, moving my eyes upward until they are level, concentrating energy into them. Later, while gazing into the superconscious as I access Spirit’s energy, I direct energy in this consecutive order: 1. upper limbs, including the upper back; 2. lower limbs; 3. lower back; 4. adrenals, kidneys, and bladder; 5. gastrointestinal system; 6. lungs; 7. chest; 8. throat; 9. mouth area; 10. medulla; 11. sinuses; and 12. brain using the second, third, and then first Bobo Yoga exercises. I no longer draw energy from my medulla; instead, I receive it from my superior parietal lobule.
